Orc Draught is an invigorating drink used by Orcs, which inflicts damage when drunk but restores some hunger and grants speed and strength buffs. It is essentially Sauron's imitation of elven Miruvor.
Obtaining[]
Orc Draught can be obtained as a rare drop from every kind of Orc (and even Uruks) and can also be purchased from various Orcish traders. You can also brew this foul drink by combining three of any type of bone (from vanilla Minecraft or this mod) and three Morgul-shrooms in a barrel. Lastly, this drink can also be found in Harad trading tents, Mordor towers, and in various other places.
Effects[]
The drink inflicts damage when drunk but restores some hunger and grants a strength buff and, since Public Beta 19, also grants a speed boost. The duration and power of the boosts and the restoration of the hunger bar is determined by the potency of your drink.

Note that the effects are not stackable. When drinking another beverage while one is already in effect (the same or another one), it merely resets the various effects to the largest duration between the remaining ones already active and the new ones. For example:
- 1st you drink a weak Athelas brew; you get strength for 30 sec and regeneration for 15 sec.
- 5 seconds later, you drink moderate Orc draught; regeneration remains at 10 sec, while strength increase to 1 min and you also get speed to 1 min.
- 30 sec later, you drink potent Miruvor; strength and speed effects both increase to 2 min.
- In all that, the regeneration, strength and speed bonuses don't change.
In the Renewed version, this draught is only 50% effective by default, increasing gradually to 100% if you reach +100 with an Orcish faction.
Upon drinking a mug of this, you'll earn the achievement "Burning Sensation".
