Neither Sam or Frodo knew anything of the great slave-worked fields away south in this wide realm, beyond the fumes of the Mountain by the dark sad waters of Lake Núrnen.

The Return of the King, The Land of Shadow

Orc Slaver Towers are scattered throughout the vast, gloomy, slave worked plains of Nurn, helping to feed the Dark Forces of Middle Earth.

Orc Slaver Towers comprise of two levels connected by a ladder. On the top level you can find a Mordor Orc Slaver, who you can talk to if you want to hire/buy some slaves, but this will only happen if you have at least +200 alignment for Mordor and 40 silver coins.

Slaves of Nurn can be used by the player in much the same way as Hobbit Farmhands (they grow and harvest crops for you). Slaves of Nurn are the counterpart to the Hobbit farmhands.

Each tower also will contain two or three Mordor Orcs in addition to the slaver.
