The Orc torch is a 2-block tall torch designed to look like Morgul steel, and to fit in the bleak and black designs of the land of Mordor. It casts light like a normal torch, but cannot be placed on walls, as it is two blocks high.

An Orc torch is made on a Morgul crafting table from two sticks and a Durnaur gem.

Orkish Crafting

It can also be crafted on an Angmar, Dol Guldur, Gundabad, or Uruk crafting table from two sticks and a piece of coal or charcoal.

Uses

It can be used to light up any area, just like a normal torch, with the exception of being placed on walls. They fit well in Orcish structures. They are also the only thing (aside from redstone) that can be used to light an Orc bomb.

Spawning

Orc torches can spawn in many places, including (but not limited to) Orc camps and Mordor towers – essentially any Orcish structure. They can be seen in the hands of bombardiers and are occasionally dropped by them upon death.
