The brick block should be well known from vanilla Minecraft, and is made of four regular vanilla clay bricks on a vanilla crafting table.
Once obtained, it can be made into stairs, slabs, walls and pillars using the standard recipes. In addition, the Mod provides two variants of these:
Mossy Red Bricks[]
As of Public Beta 28 red bricks can also be overgrown by vines. Just put one vine and one brick block in a vanilla crafting table. The mossy slabs, stairs, and walls can now be made on a vanilla crafting table, using the normal Minecraft recipes.
Cracked Red Bricks[]
To make the cracked variant, first craft regular bricks (see above). Then smelt them in a furnace or any type of forge. The cracked slabs, stairs, and walls can now be made on a vanilla crafting table, using the normal Minecraft recipes.
