As you may have noticed, the post/comment colours of admins and moderators have all been changed, with each respective group having their own colour set. This was done to make the pages and forums blend in more with the wiki colour scheme, and also to prevent odd colour sets, which often left some comment very hard to read, as it was pointed out in this thread.
Hopefully, with this change, the wiki will be a more professional-looking, and more aesthetically pleasing place than before.
Yes, sir... but with all due respects, having my own color was on of the best perks of being a mod, and was quite honestly one of the things that led me to become one in the first place. I remember looking at the glimmering mod colors of Smaug the Tyrannical and saying "wow, I want to have cool colors like that..."
granted, colors obviously weren't the ONLY reason I worked hard to become a moderator, but they were hard-earned, and something I always liked to display proudly like a trophy of past achievments. Like the sargeant's stripes on a soldier's uniform. If the colors really have to be changed, I understand, but this is a unexpectedly hard hit for me to take. I'm sure at least a few of my fellow mods feel the same way.
