unlike the modifiers can crash the Server. For example when the Queen bee (Pam's Harvestcraft) get the modifyer "hardy" and they will be put into the Apiary then the Server will crash on the next "production" from the bee.

Is there a blacklist for the modifiers. E.g. in the config?

What do you mean to say and ask? I don't quite understand what your problem is.
There is no config option to surpress specific LOTRmod modifiers, only an option to surpress the entire mechanic.
I hope you do realise it is nearly impossible for Mevans to ensure compatibility with other mods, especially extensive ones like Pam's Harvestcraft. For this reason I do not consider this a valid bug report and move the thread to a more appropriate board.
My english is not so good, is possible that I expressed myself wrong.
Its like Rayn Turammarth said.

Absolutely agreed. Iam not familiar with the source code of this mod, have been possible that is easy to change.
I have noticed that the lotr-mod add to all items - with a durability - the modifiers. E.g. botanias manatablets, thaumcrafts scribing tools and so on. I thought that is not wanted and in harvestcraft's case its produce an error.
" Doesn’t sound like an LOTR mod issue per se, more like something with how Pam’s Harvestcraft is reading modifiers. "
