Clicking on the table would have two tabs: The original, a map GUI for the current region. There would be randomly generated enemy "positions" with randomly generated loot and units (Camps, Caravans, Forts, etc.) that you could attack, raid, or conquer (Forts/Castles only). There would also be Friendly positions that you could send Troops/Resources to. If the Table Of Command is placed inside a player created Fortress, there would also be a GUI tab that shows an outline of the walls, towers and courtyard as well as the walls and towers of the keep if applicable. You would use this to position troops. This is my basic idea. Also you would be able to scout enemy positions to get information on numbers and types of units. Certain units would be better for different actions (would get done faster, more accuracy of information/get more loot, etc). For instance, Wood-Elven scouts would be the best at Scouting missions, followed by Galadrhim Sentries and Dunedain/Ithilien Rangers, and then standard units.
