  • As with elves and dwarves, you should be able to get standard citizens from commanders with the men of middle earth. If barely trained dwarves and elves are willing to fight for you, and farmhands are willing to use their entire life span farming for you, then shouldn’t we be able to hire standard citizens? Like coast southern citizens for example, the warrior is +150 alignment so the villager would be +100 with Near Harad. Just a small thing to make artificial cities in survival and to get fighters that are human for cheaper. They could fight with daggers, it might be an advantage to have a bunch of dagger wielding cheap peasants. So yes, I am suggesting worse units but for the reason of filling our cities and “leading revolts”

    • This suggestion would be good because then you can have citizens in your custom survival city that stay in population, no more empty streets with sometimes a band of soldiers randomly on the street like its curfew, except there’s no one, and you can stage events like executions, they could be told to not attack unless attacked like farmhands, but they wouldn’t farm, they’d just walk around in their set area, set by the player.

    • elves and dwarves already have that. Would be nice to have it for the factions of men

    • Yeah, this suggestion acknowledges the dwarves and elves but announces the need for the men

    • Also, maybe their could be something like the farmhands/soldiers attacking anything that you attack. So we can feel safe surrounded by peasants in our city.
