I agree with all but the Haradrim, they're more like The Ottoman Empire or The Qidri or The Nabatean Kingdom.
Rhudel in the mod has more inspiration from turkic tribes then far east asians

I think Near Harad has more inspiration from North Africa and the Middle East.
I would say Gondor is more akin to Holy roman empire then actual Roman empire, though there is no direct equivalent for any faction, only inspiration.
I belive Rohan is Anglo-Saxons with horses.
Holy Roman Empire is germanic, while the gondorians were inspired by italy, so rome makes more sense to be the primary inspiration.
