Well, it has been decided that I am to 'translate' the Lord of the Rings into more modern English, while condensing it somewhat also. However, I need to decide a few more things so as to make it as interesting as possible (hopefully :). Again, if you have any questions please ask below, or if you have any objections to what I have said, or advice, I would be very grateful for you to let me know. Also, if you are going to answer 'other' but can't, please give your answer below.
How long should it be? (please answer below because the poll would be enormous)
Again, if you have any other pieces of advice, please tell me (especially Thorin11, who has experience in this sort of thing and I'm sure is in the process of making a masterpiece himself :)
