NEI LOTR Addon First release: Alpha 0.1.0

I released the first version (Alpha 0.1.0) of the plugin.
In future i will only announce Alpha/Beta versions in this thread, so follow it, if you wish to be notified if Alpha/Beta versions had been released.
Only the first "full" release of the plugin will be announced in a blogpost. You can find more info about the release here.
